Pokémon Buffs: Many Pokémon have improved base stats, movepools, and typings, making almost all of them viable.
Buffed Moves: Previously weak moves (e.g., Fire Spin, Cut) are now useful in early/mid/late game.
Regional Variants & Cross-Gen Evolutions: Includes Alolan, Galarian, Hisuian forms, and later-gen evolutions (e.g., Crobat, Magmortar, Leafeon).
Expanded Move Access: Reusable move tutors, improved TMs/HMs, and better learnsets for Pokémon.
Hidden Grottos: New HM "Secret Power" unlocks hidden areas with rare Pokémon and items.
Diverse Pokémon & Items: All original 151 + additional Pokémon (LeafGreen exclusives, cross-gen relatives like Toedscruel).
Enhanced Difficulty: Gym Leaders and bosses have stronger teams (including non-native types), more minibosses (some inspired by LGPE/Pokémon Go), and no badge boosts.
Non-Linear Progression: Koga, Sabrina, and Blaine can be challenged in any order (teams scale with badges).
Map Changes & New Areas: Expanded zones (e.g., Viridian Forest) and added depth to the original game.
Double Battles: More frequent double battles throughout the game.
In-Game Documentation: Updated help menu with level caps, change logs, and Nuzlocke info.
Gym Leader Rematches: [WIP] Post-game rematches against leaders.

Postgame Update Summary
After 4 long months of development, the postgame of FireRed Deluxe has been massively expanded and reworked. Here’s what’s new:
- The entire postgame has been revamped with new Pokémon, new trainers, and more difficulty.
- All Gen 2 Pokémon are now available and viable.
- Gen 4 evolutions of Gen 3 Pokémon have been added (e.g., Gliscor, Weavile, Ursaluna, Cursola).
- Some Gen 3 Pokémon remain available, while others are replaced by newer additions.
- National Dex now includes:
- 339 Pokémon excluding regional/alt forms
- 382 Pokémon including regional/alt forms
- Select Kanto Pokémon have received:
- New abilities
- Stat changes
- Typing changes (e.g., Leafeon: Grass → Grass/Normal, Glaceon: Ice → Ice/Ghost)
- Boss trainer fights have been overhauled for increased challenge and variety.
New postgame battles include:
- Johto Gym Leaders
- Rocket Executives from HGSS
- Kanto Gym Leader Rematches
- Steven Stone (Hoenn Champion)
- Secret Battle against Professor Oak 👀
